Unused, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Applied the wrong product? Contact us within 48 hours โ we'll advise on next steps and replace where applicable.
Faulty or damaged products are replaced immediately at no charge. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
1. Returns โ Consumer Purchases
We accept returns on unused, sealed products within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging and in sellable condition.
To initiate a return, contact us at admin@spotless.cleaningor WhatsApp us with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we'll arrange collection or provide a return address.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product, via the original payment method or EFT.
Return shipping costsare covered by Spotless in the case of defective or incorrectly sent products. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, leaking, or damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the affected product. We will arrange a replacement at no charge โ no need to return the defective item in most cases.
3. Wrong Product Applied โ Leather Advice
Applying the wrong product to leather, suede, or nubuck can cause damage. If this happens:
- Stop use immediately and do not attempt to wipe off or add more product
- Contact us at admin@spotless.cleaning with photos
- We will advise on the best course of action within a few hours
We cannot guarantee results when the wrong product has been applied, but we will always do our best to help you recover the item.
4. Products Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been opened and used (unless defective)
- Products returned more than 14 days after purchase
- Products damaged due to incorrect storage or misuse
- Gift sets or bundles that have been partially used
5. B2B & Trade Returns
For trade and co-packing clients, returns are governed by the terms in your supply agreement. If you have a quality concern with a production batch, contact us immediately at admin@spotless.cleaning โ we will investigate and respond within one business day.
Our 60-Day Rotation Guaranteecovers B2B partners for sell-through performance. If products are not rotating within 60 days, we'll work with you on staff training, display changes, or product alternatives. See our Trade page for details.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an unused, sealed product for a different product in our range โ for example, swapping a Leather Cream for a Leather Balm. Contact us with your order reference and the product you'd like instead. If there is a price difference, we will invoice or credit accordingly.
