Suede and nubuck have open, delicate fibres that require a completely different approach to smooth leather. Our Suede & Nubuck Care restores colour, lifts matted fibres, and protects without clogging the nap. Do not use any smooth leather products (cream, balm, or clean-and-feed) on suede — they will permanently damage the material. This is the only conditioner suede needs.

How to use
Step-by-step guide.
- 1Start with clean, dry suede — use Shoe Cleaner first and allow to dry fully
- 2Hold the can 15cm away from the surface
- 3Apply in even, light passes — do not saturate
- 4Do not rub — allow to absorb and dry naturally
- 5Use a soft brush to raise the nap gently after drying
- 6Apply The Resistor as a protective final step

No — smooth leather products clog suede fibres and cause permanent damage. If you've applied the wrong product, contact us for advice before doing anything else.
Yes. Suede & Nubuck Care restores the nap and colour. After applying, use a soft suede brush to gently raise the fibres.
Nubuck is buffed smooth leather with a fine, velvety surface. Suede is split leather with a softer, more open nap. Both require the same care approach — never use smooth leather products on either.
